This is a 100% aluminum unit that is TIG-welded, and it improves the under-hood aesthetics especially when compared to the OEM unit. Over time and mileage, the OEM coolant expansion tank can fail due to years of temperature variances. The Mishimoto unit is super durable, and it looks great as well. This is a great automotive aftermarket upgrade for your racecar, rally car, overlander or daily driver.
