In 2007 PCI started offering its revolutionary designs and parts to the public by bringing its prototype designs to production.

- 3/8 laser cut steel construction for high stiffness and better clearance (1lb lighter than stock)
- CNC precision machined weld in components
- CNC precision machined stainless steel bearing inserts and rod end spacers
- High strength 4130 steel 7/8 rod end used for increased angle and length adjustments
- Zero deflection bronze bearing inserts. (can be easily replaced for service)
